TERMS & POLICIES
Out of respect for our instructors and fellow clients, we strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you know you can’t make a Pilates class or session, please contact the studio at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged (and so another student has the chance to take your place!).
Please leave your phone with your personal belongings during the duration of class. If you need to keep your ringer on for family emergency reasons, we will understand. Try not to disrupt the flow of the class if you need to step aside to take a call
Health and Safety:
- For the health of all our clients, we ask that you please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions at the studio.
- Please put long hair up securely as it can get caught in the equipment.
- We require grippy socks to be worn in the studio at all times. Regular socks are not allowed.
- Masks are required indoors for everyone until further notice.
Drop ins are welcome if you have Pilates experience and there is room. Members always receive priority registration.
We do not allow make ups for in person classes canceled within the 24 hour period. Your membership keeps you accountable, saves your place in a class, and helps the studio run smoother. If you know in advance that you cannot attend your weekly class, please reschedule it for a different time/ day that week. You can utilize our virtual studio for make-up classes by taking one from the library. Small equipment classes needing to be rescheduled will not accumulate so be sure to use it within the month. If you need to miss 2 or more classes and are unable to attend another class, please pause your membership or utilize the virtual library to keep your spot.
Pausing Your Membership:
You can pause your membership and maintain your place in class for 1 month. If you pause it for longer, you may need to wait to get your spot back or find a spot in a different class.
We provide cubbies for your belongings, but are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
