Two Studios: So Many Options to Practice
LEAVENWORTH STUDIO
Group Mat Classes
Oov Pilates
These classes use the Oov, a quirky and highly effective piece of equipment, to help you break free of habitual movement patterns caused by old injuries, stress, and pain. Feedback from the Oov will allow you to self assess and retrain unconscious patterns that are holding you back from your full movement potential. This piece of equipment helps to align your nervous system with motor control, making it a powerful tool whether you are seeking an extra athletic edge or relief from nagging chronic pain and stiffness.
Gentle Pilates
Gentle Pilates classes concentrate on building strength, flexibility, and coordination though low-intensity exercises. The classes are fun, supportive, and safe for all bodies.
Exploring Feldenkrais® and The Power of Awareness
Habitual tensions and ways of holding sometimes get in the way of what we want to do, whether it’s climbing a mountain, reaching for something in the kitchen, or dancing the salsa. Ideally, we want our bodies to move freely and naturally, without us having to “think” about it. In this class, through novel combinations of movements, we’ll explore ways to expand awareness of how you uniquely use your own body. Then, by introducing new possibilities, you’ll discover ways of being that promote a feeling of freedom, allowing you to do what you want with ease.
Midday Breathwork Break
Come explore how breathwork can help you recenter, refocus and renew your energy in this experiential class. We will be using tools for myofascial release, exploring breath mechanics and learning how to use breath to help regulate our nervous systems. Come away feeling ready and energized for the rest of your day!
GYROKINESIS®
Gyrokinesis® is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. Each class will explore movement sequences that will enhance spinal mobility and increase core strength and coordination.
All Levels Pilates
Each class will be a fresh take on building the strength, flexibility, and coordination you need to move through your life with ease. These group classes will rely on the tried and true principles necessary for awakening your body and moving smarter. Experienced movers, this class is for you. Class content will be tailored to the students that arrive in each class, so what are you waiting for? Come see what adventure awaits in each weekly class. Your body will thank you.
Mobility & Myofascial Release
Don't let the activities you love leave your body creaking, groaning, or injured. Class will warm up with progressive moves based on planks, lunges, and squats. The movements are low impact but this does NOT mean low intensity. You will spend half the class building strength and challenging your mobility in a total body workout. The second half of class eases into a guided myofascial release using tennis balls and rollers to decrease tension in your body and leave you loose, limber, and ready for your next adventure.
Barre Pilates
Drawing on a fusion of Pilates and ballet, these classes focus on low impact, high repetition movements to strengthen and tone your whole body. The barre will support you as you move through beginner-friendly choreography designed to playfully challenge your balance and coordination. Come move your body in a new way!
Breathing Fundamentals
Discover the power of your breath and learn effective techniques to manage stress, relax your mind and body, and enhance overall wellness. We will be going over key principles behind breathwork science and practicing various techniques to optimize health and well-being. All levels are welcome!
Walk Strong: Gait, Balance & Footwork
Come explore foot strength and dexterity, walking gait, and dynamic balance in this focused class. We will be standing for most of each class, while we learn key principles to improve posture, build healthy movement patterns, and integrate core strength with our normal walking gait. This class is safe for all levels.
Pilates Sweat
This energizing class will include strong, intentional movements with quick transitions. The movements will be low impact and high reward.

Kinstretch & Functional Range Conditioning
Range of motion is a vital part of healthy living. Too much range without the strength to control it or a lack of range can both be detrimental to your joints and surrounding tissue. This work can be beneficial for everyone ranging from hyper-mobile to non-mobile. Our fully certified coach can assess your joints and guide you as you gain more control and increase your active range of motion.
