Every Awake Bodies class is small and customized to our students. Limited class sizes mean more individual attention and honest encouragement. We are here for you. Your instructor will take you through a range of movements to challenge your mind/body connection, utilizing the Pilates reformer, the Oov, and various small equipment and props.
