Membership Policies:
All memberships must be set up on auto pay
If you are going to be out of town for more than 2 weeks, you can pause your membership for 1 month and keep your spot.
Pausing membership for two months or more will not guarantee your place in your preferred classes.
You will automatically be signed up for your preferred class/ classes monthly.
If you are going to miss a class, you can go in and change your class to another time.
Make up classes- No makeup classes will be offered for missed classes.
If you know in advance that you will miss, please go in and unschedule yourself from the class you will miss and reschedule yourself in a different class.
Many months of the year there will be 5 classes available. These classes are considered your make up classes. There are virtual classes available weekly so you can continue to do your workouts while you are away on trips.
Absences without notice are hard on the studio. Please give 24hrs notice if you are going to miss a class. Multiple absences will result in losing your spot in class.

Studio Policies

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR SCENTED LOTIONS, AFTERSHAVE, PERFUMES, COLOGNES, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CARRIES A SCENT.

Cancellations-
We strictly enforce our 24 hour cancellation policy. We often have people on a waiting list for sessions, without enough notice we cannot replace your spot. Please use our online scheduler or contact your instructor directly if you need to make changes in your schedule.

Payments-
Payments for drop in’s and single sessions are due at that time.

Payments for group classes and packages are due before your first session to hold your future appointment times. If your payment is not received we cannot guarantee your appointment times. This means other people will be able to book them online. This means you might lose your spot.

Inclement Weather-
If the weather is horrible and you can’t make it in, we understand. Your safety is our priority and we will make reasonable exceptions. Please contact your instructor as soon as possible.

Package Expirations-
Packages are designed so we can give you a discounted rate based on your dedication level. Please choose the package that best suits your needs. All class and private packages expire 3 months from the first session. The 10 packs are designed for people coming consistently twice a week.
