Awake Bodies Services also include any individual coaching, training or consulting services that we offer through the Site.

The Awake Bodies Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE 13 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MUST ACCESS AND/OR USE ANY AWAKE BODIES SERVICES ONLY WITH THE INVOLVEMENT OF YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Flexible Scheduling with a Fair Cancellation Policy

As an early adopter, you’ll have the freedom to manage your schedule with ease. You’re welcome to log into the system at any time to adjust your appointment dates to better suit your needs. Life happens—we get it! However, to keep things running smoothly for everyone, any cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of a session credit. This policy helps us honor everyone’s time while still offering the flexibility you deserve.

Last-Minute Booking? No Problem!

We’ve made scheduling as convenient as possible—appointments can be created up to just 5 minutes before the session start time. Whether your day opens up unexpectedly or you’re feeling spontaneous, you’ll have the freedom to book and benefit from your wellness sessions right when you need them.

Walk-Ins Welcome: Easy & Flexible Access

We’re happy to accommodate walk-in appointments whenever there’s availability! If you decide to stop by spontaneously and we have an open slot, you're welcome to jump in for a session. Just make sure the appointment is recorded in the system at the time of your visit so we can keep everything up to date and ensure smooth scheduling for everyone.

Studio Access & Membership Responsibilities for Early Adopters

As an early adopter, you’ll become an official member of the Awake Bodies studio and receive personal front door access to enjoy your sessions on your schedule. With this privilege comes a shared responsibility to care for the space and uphold the community standards that make Awake Bodies a welcoming and peaceful environment. Most importantly, we ask that you always lock the door when you leave to keep the studio safe and secure for everyone. Thank you for helping us maintain the integrity of our healing space!

Risk-Free Commitment: Refund Option if Goal Isn’t Met

We’re confident in the momentum behind this launch—but we also understand the importance of trust. If we haven’t reached our early adopter goal within 6 months, you’ll have the option to request a full refund, no questions asked. Your support matters deeply to us, and this policy ensures your commitment is completely risk-free while we work together to bring this powerful wellness experience to life.
