Molly Johnson’s happy place is playing outside in the sunshine. When this is taken away due to injury, the mental and physical challenges can be overwhelming. Almost twelve years ago, she suffered a hip injury that left her unable to crawl on the floor with her young children. After surgery, she progressed as far as she could with physical therapy and then decided to try Pilates to further her recovery. She saw amazing results after just a few consecutive sessions.
Now, she uses Pilates to build strength, balance, and flexibility, allowing her to continue enjoying downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and anything else her boys challenge her to do. She loves teaching others about the benefits of Pilates and sharing the excitement of the body working as it is meant to.
