Mercy fell in love with movement at the age of 4, when she slipped on her first ballet slippers and began clacking away in shiny tap shoes. She came to Pilates in 2007 to find relief from a 10-year struggle with back and hip pain. Mercy began teaching with Awake Bodies in January 2024, after completing her Mat Pilates Teacher Training program with Hali Fiano. Mercy is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.
