Growing up in this valley nurtured Matthew’s passion for exploration and adventure. He enjoys pushing his physical and mental limits through rock climbing, running, skiing, and competitive soccer. His movement journey began with the intention of building resilience and longevity in the activities he loves.
Through teaching, he hopes to share this approach with others, helping them realize their potential and explore their passions. Matthew views Pilates as a valuable support for other activities, enhancing body awareness, control, and recovery. He believes that everyone has the right to pursue play—especially as we age! By dedicating time to a movement routine, we create more opportunities to do so.
