I offer explorations in movement, breath, and the balance of postural and emotional alignment, and I would love to be a part of your journey.
I have always been curious about the human body, movement, and breath. My background in classical ballet and as a professional dancer taught me to listen to the whispers of my inner landscape—and the harm that comes when we silence the body. After 20 years of working with clients in The GYROTONIC® Method, I deepened my understanding of the body’s intelligence by studying the nervous system in 2017 and becoming a certified breath facilitator in 2021 through Our Breath Collective. These additions wove everything together, helping me overcome anxiety and giving me tools to navigate daily life with greater ease. I find joy in helping others do the same.
I live in Washington State with my husband and two children. We love being outdoors with our dog, exploring the beauty of the valley we call home.
