Originally from Colorado, with a movement background in dance and yoga, Kelsey first got hooked on Pilates while rehabbing back pain from scoliosis. She found it to be an incredible practice for understanding, healing, and building resilience in her body, allowing her to keep doing the things she loves—skiing, hiking, backpacking, climbing, traveling, and playing with her dogs—while also working comfortably at a desk all day.
Kelsey’s classes focus on building body awareness, alignment, and strength to help you feel good in your body, live better, and keep doing what you love.
