What about my feet?
In this type of movement space, we are generally barefoot. If your feet don’t love being naked, we sell socks with grippy bottoms to keep your feet warmer and provide some traction.
If we are working on functional movement patterns for walking or running gait, we may ask you to wear your walking or running shoes.
What do I wear?
Please wear well- fitted comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Please wear tight fitting bike shorts under baggy shorts.
