Staying active and keeping fit is an integral part of Christi’s life. Pilates has brought strength and healing to areas of her body that have caused her chronic pain. She believes one of the greatest benefits of the Pilates method is its emphasis on core strength, mobility, and body control.
Building a strong foundation and learning how to stabilize from the inside out are principles that apply not only to Pilates classes but also to other workouts and daily life. As Pilates has helped her, Christi hopes to help others achieve the same mobility, strength, and balance so they can fully enjoy the activities they love.
Outside of the studio, Christi enjoys hiking, walking with friends, spending time with family and her dog, traveling, reading, and continuing to learn how to cook delicious vegetarian dishes.
